[sold] Large 16"x16" traditional yarn paintings, or "Nearikas", depicting typical Huichol symbols and visions. Intense, psychedelic imagery represents the spiritual insights famously afforded to the Huichol by their sacred Peyote plant. Each painting consists of fine-guaged yarn applied to a wooden board covered with a sticky, and somewhat fragrant, mixture of beeswax and resin.
