Our shipping rates are determined by ORDER $ TOTAL, as charted below. Most orders go out the same day they are received, via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time is 2 to 4 days for most US destinations. Orders totalling $6.00 or less usually ship via First Class Mail. RUSH SHIPPING is available for an additional charge. You can select the USPS's EXPRESS MAIL shipping at checkout. A flat charge of $19.95 will be added to your order, in addition to the regular shipping cost. Express Mail orders must be submitted by 4 pm cst for same-day shipping. Express Mail service is overnight or second-day to most US destinations. INTERNATIONAL shipments add a flat $24 surcharge in addition to regular shipping amount. International shipments are sent via Express Mail International service, and average 4 to 7 days for delivery, sometimes less. (CANADA consistently takes 6 to 7 days.) EXCHANGES: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, GUAYABERA SHIRTS ONLY may be exchanged for correct size. Please send us an email indicating what size/color you need instead, so we can make sure it's available, and hold it for the exchange.
